sa eshah purvesham api guru kalena anavaschetat



God is the absolute Guru, the first and foremost, unconditioned by time.

Guru is the light that shines untouched by darkness and the sourse of knowledge. That is the spirit the knowledge behind creation, existence and withdrawal. It is consciousness itself that dispels darkness of ignorance and that Guru is the suprime Purusha, the Lord of all possibilities. He is the foremost of all Gurus unconditioned by time, space and causation.
